Human Resources

Maintains compliance of non-union personnel policies and procedures and nine labor units within all county departments. Coordinates all employee benefits which include health, dental, vision, life, accidental death & dismemberment, short term disability, long term disability, workers compensation, unemployment, defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans for the more than 500 employees. Assists with employee relations and labor negotiations.
