PRESS RELEASE - SHERIFF'S OFFICE PHONE OUTAGE/RE-ROUTING

The Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office is currently re-routing both the 911 and Sheriff’s business lines due to a cut phone line which is impacting all Jail, Sheriff and Central Dispatch phone calls coming in and going out (as well as other County business phones).

Frontier has re-routed the calls and we are currently answering these lines off-site to ensure that the outage has as minimal impact as possible on callers and the operation. We anticipate this to last for at least the next 48 hours. Updates will be posted on Sheriff’s Office Facebook page as well as through the media.
