The next Manager Certification training class is July 25, 2018. The last day to register for this class is Wednesday, June 27th. The Michigan Food Law requires almost all food establishments to have at least one full time (or equivalent) employee as a certified manager. Don't forget, unless specifically exempted, at least one certified manager for each facility must also have an approved allergen training certification.
