Did you know that you CAN see bed bugs? They prefer darkness but will still bite if you leave the light on at night.

Although clutter can offer more hiding spots for these insects they are attracted to warmth, blood and carbon dioxide (what you breathe out).

Bed bugs HAVE been identified as a pest of significant public health importance, but they do not transmit diseases between humans.

Bed bugs are pesky and very resilient.  It can take many different treatment techniques and monitoring to eliminate them.  These bugs have developed a resistance to many pesticides so it is ALWAYS best to contact a qualified pest management professional if you think you have bed bugs in your home.
