[ARCHIVED] Countdown to New Year's Day and a healthier you! Only 2 weeks until the new year!

Do you know the four behaviors for a healthier you?  They are:

  1. maintaining a healthy diet
  2. engaging in regular exercise
  3. getting an annual physical exam, and 
  4. avoiding all tobacco use.
