The Lenawee Department on Aging invites all caregivers to join us for our next Caregiver Support Group on Monday, August 4 at 2:00 PM at Daybreak Adult Day Services, located at 327 Erie Street in Adrian.
This month’s session will be facilitated by Kathy Johnston Betzoldt, M.A., L.P.C., and will explore the topic: “Embracing Joy as a Caregiver.” While caregiving can be challenging, it can also be deeply rewarding. Kathy will share insights and lead a thoughtful discussion on finding moments of happiness, connection, and gratitude in the caregiving journey.
Whether you’re caring for a parent, spouse, or friend, this group is a welcoming space to find encouragement, share experiences, and gain tools to care for both your loved one and yourself.
