This session is tailored to offer valuable coping strategies and a supportive space where you can share experiences, tips, and gain insights from others in similar situations. Whether you're a seasoned caregiver or just starting, this gathering aims to equip you with effective tools to navigate the holiday season while ensuring self-care.
