To manage, supervise and be responsible for the administration and technical work in directing the activities of solid waste and materials management for Lenawee County. Including public education and relation functions; to enforce the County solid waste plan, materials management plan, and related laws; to inspect and evaluate solid waste premises; and to perform other work as required by the Lenawee County Solid Waste Coordinating Committee (LCSWCC), the Lenawee County Materials Management Planning Committee (LCMMPC), and the Environmental Health Director.
