[ARCHIVED] COVID Exposure at Lenawee County Volleyball Tournament

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

September 29, 2020 

The Lenawee County Health Department is notifying individuals who were in attendance at a volleyball tournament held at Onsted Elementary School on September 26, 2020, that an individual in attendance at the tournament has tested positive for COVID-19. 

Individuals who attended this event should monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 which include: fever, cough, shortness of breath, new loss of taste or smell, fatigue, muscle or body aches, sore throat, headache, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting or diarrhea. If individuals develop symptoms of COVID-19, they should contact the Lenawee County Health Department at (517) 264-5226, option 5. All known close contacts have been notified.

Individuals may contact their healthcare provider to discuss testing. If you do not have a provider, you may call the Lenawee County Health Department at (517) 264-5226, option 5.
