The next Food Manager Certification training class is July 24, 2019. The last day to register for this class is Wednesday, June 26th 2019. The Michigan Food Law requires almost all food establishments to have at least one full time (or equivalent) employee as a certified manager. Don't forget, unless specifically exempt, at least one certified manager for each facility must also have an approved allergen training certification.
