Law enforcement officers have confirmed that the gunman in the 600 block of Ormsby, identified as Randy James Stidham, age 59 of Adrian, is deceased. Cause of death is believed to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The shelter in place is no longer in effect, and residents may return to their homes. The No Fly Zone has been lifted.
