Lenawee County will hold a Strategic Planning Session on Saturday, March 7, from 9:00 AM until approximately 1:00 PM. The session will focus on setting priorities, identifying goals, and shaping the direction of the County’s work in the months and years ahead.
Leading the discussion will be Alan Vanderberg, former Lenawee County Finance Director and current Kent County Administrator. Vanderberg brings extensive experience in public administration, financial strategy, and long-range planning, along with a deep understanding of Lenawee County’s history and operations.
This session will provide an opportunity for County leadership to review strategic goals, evaluate current initiatives, and outline a forward-looking plan that reflects the needs of residents and the responsibilities of County government.
The meeting is open to the public, and community members are welcome to attend in person.
For those unable to attend, the session will be livestreamed on the Lenawee County website, Facebook page, and YouTube channel. Residents may watch the meeting live or access the recording at their convenience following the event.
Strategic planning plays an important role in ensuring that County resources are used effectively, priorities are clearly defined, and services continue to meet the evolving needs of Lenawee County residents. We encourage community members to tune in and stay engaged as we plan for the future together.
