The Lenawee County Walk to End Alzheimer's is once again partnering with Little Caesars to offer Pizza Kits! This is a great way to contribute and can be a fun activity to make the pizzas or other items! Once again, the Lenawee Department on Aging is participating in conjunction with Lenawee Medical Care Facility to raise funds.
There are a few ways to get involved. You can stop into our main office and fill out an order form with a check for payment. Additionally, you can order and pay online at www.pizzakit.com in a few easy steps:
a. Click on PRODUCTS, then click on SHOP
b. Select SHIP MY ORDER TO THE GROUP
c. Enter FUNDRAISER ID# 436574
d. Follow prompts to create your User ID

Orders are due by February 16th and pickup will take place at our main office on the week of March 4th.
