Lenawee County Health Department
- Vaccines provided: Pfizer (age 6 months and up) and Moderna (age 18 and up)
- Age 6 months - 4 years: To schedule an appointment:
- Visit the Health Department's COVID-19 Vaccine Scheduling Webpage for Ages 6 months - 4 years, or
- Call 517-264-5226 option 5.
- Age 5 and up: Walk-ins welcome
- Monday 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.- 4:30 p.m. **The health department is closed on Monday, July 4. There will be no walk-in clinics that day.**
- Wednesday 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.- 3:30 p.m.

- The Disability Information and Access Line (DIAL) is available to help people with disabilities, including Deaf persons, get vaccinated.
