The Lenawee Friend of the Court has an Automated Information Telephone line where clients may access their Friend of the Court case information. If you are calling locally, dial 517-264-4708. If you are calling long distance, dial 866-264-4708.

When you dial in, the voice prompt will tell you to follow certain prompts by pressing numbers on your touch tone key pad.

IVR Personal Identification Number
If you choose the prompt that provides your case specific information, the voice prompt will instruct you to enter your four-digit PIN number. The first time that you dial in, the four-digit number will be the last four digits of your social security number. After you enter the last four digits of your social security number, the voice prompt will instruct you to enter another four-digit number (of your choice) in order to reset your PIN number and make it more secure.

If you should forget your PIN number or need your PIN reset, you must contact the Michigan State Disbursement Unit (MiSDU). You may contact the MiSDU by dialing the main IVR number and following the prompts to speak to a State Distribution Unit representative (option #1, then option #4).
