Free COVID-19 Test Kits by Mail

Project ACT (Access COVID Tests) 
Residential households in Michigan are being offered free, rapid, at-home COVID-19 test kits while supplies last.  Orders can be placed in English or Spanish.

Insurance Reimbursement for At-Home COVID-19 Tests
If you have health insurance through an employer or Marketplace, your insurance will pay you back for 8 at-home tests each month for each person on your plan.

Free COVID-19 Test Kits for Local Pick-up 

  • Individuals should follow the masking policies at each location.
  • Individuals who are symptomatic should NOT enter the building.
  • These locations may also have FREE KN95 masks to distribute.

ADRIAN

Community Action Agency 517-263-7861 x2221

  • Individuals wanting kits must call ahead.  They should not show up at Community Action Agency without calling first.
  • Individuals will be asked a few screening questions including the names and ages of those in their household, and whether or not an individual is symptomatic.  Symptomatic individuals will have their test kits brought out to their vehicles.
  • Limit of 2 per person, up to 12 per household while supplies last.
