PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at 1:35 P.M. in the Chambers of the Old Courthouse located at 301 N Main Street in the City of Adrian, Michigan, to consider the adoption of amendments to the Lenawee County Clean Air Ordinance to include new smoking and vaping products to the list of prohibited items and to expand the prohibition to all property owned, leased, rented, or otherwise possessed and used by the County of Lenawee, or any of its agencies.
The Lenawee County Clean Air Ordinance in its entirety with amendments is available online at lenawee.mi.us. Hard copies are available for review in the County Clerk’s Office as well as the County Administrator’s Office.
Interested parties are invited to comment on the amendments in person at the public hearing or in writing through December 11, 2018 and addressed to:
